This is Team Rockets Jessie of the Pokémon Reverse Personality Dimension or Reverse Personality AU. This world's Jessie is more competent and practical, and her hairstyle is much better (which, compared to her original, is saying a lot). She has a scar from one of her missions, but can't recall which mission or who was to blame for the scar. In this reality both James and her are on equal ranking with Butch and Cassidy although none of them are perfect and they still can't catch Ash's Pikachu. Still, one has to wonder - where would she be had she taken that offer when she was younger?

Some notes on the Reverse AU. Characters are not necessarily total opposites to their anime versions but are virtually always different. They may or may not have different Pokémon and different life experiences, and their appearances sometimes differ, even if only in choice of clothing and accessories.

P.S. Let me know if you think Jessie should have new or different Pokémon to the ones he originally had.
