BaltiCon? Are you sure? I'm asking because I've never actually attended that particular con or mailed to it... Anyway, I appreciate it.

Checked my records, definitely never done BaltiCon. I don't really mind if someone was reselling it, but I'd want to know if someone was actually impersonating me.

Excellent for the almost ultraviolet kind of iridescent look! I really do envy the control you have over color.
The expression is difficult to discern...she almost looks hypnotized in a way. Very intriguing, especially with the apparent glow of the eyes.

Since when is "comment" synonimous with "critique"? I leave hundreds of comments each day but I rarely if ever critique. Anywho, you really don't have to say anything at all. It's OK.

You did an awesome job with not only the symmetry of the face and lighting, but I love the glow in the eyes! The knotwork is simple but elegantly put and not too much to take away from the Heir... I really like this piece too because I work with color pencil and I think as much as I love to paint, there is something extra special about color pencil... color pencil goes over guoache so well??!! I didn't know that, I may have to try that.. what kind of paper did you use??? illustration board??
Very well done!

Thanks! This is on Bristol and yes, color pencil goes great over gouache. It really provides nice stony texture.

You dunno how hard is to pull out perfect simmetry with colored pencils, but you did it great. She has a grace, a beauty... Not to mention the anal details and the gorgeous hair!

As wonderful as you are with colors, it's a wonder you don't use them more in your illustration work...
Beautiful work, this...

You know, I'm somewhat afraid of color, strange as it might sound. Guess I should just use it and if I screw up so what...

It's very pleasing seeing the dominant colour in such harmony with smaller coloured details. What a beautiful piece, quite majestic.
