Impact
The first thing I can say is that the impact of your image is quite strong.
I would agree to say your goal has been reached with this image. The BW and the landscape make for a strong picture.
However I see two major technical flaws.
First the vignetting is way too strong to my taste, especially in the lower corners. It feels so unnatural... If it is seen, not just sensed, then IMO you went too far.
Second, I believe you should have used your graduated filters more carefully. Both mountain tops are awfully darker than they are supposed to be. How could you allow this? Actually this absurd darkening of the mountain tops might add some nice eerie feeling to the image, but the problem is that everyone uses their graduated ND filters for similar landscape shots, and now whenever people notice that elements which pass through the horizon appear darker on the top, they just can't help seeing this as an impairment.
Apart from that, your composition is good, the light is great, and had you been a bit less bold in your processing, I could have said your black and white processing was very good.
I really like your picture. I sincerely do. But I'm sure you can do even better in terms of technical capture and creative processing. That's why I chose to rate only 2 stars for technique. It certainly isn't technically poor, but it seems to me you're an experienced photographer, much more than I am, and thus I can only make you feel compelled to improve.
Best of luck in your photographic endeavours,
Adrien

I like it. The pyramidal mountain reminds me of a mountain in my own country called "The Orphan".

What maybe you intended to capture this landscape , the picture is perfect . The way you took the picture is great. The sky and clouds bring great impact to this , and seem so close to the mountain. It really is a fantastic place and should be very good shooting there. Very good job. Congratulations .

I am not a photographer so I will not bore you with a critique--but I will say I really like this photo. It is dramatic and a great capture of nature.
