Just used Photoshop this time.
I wanted to try something new, and I saw a deviation with a similar sort of style...
I took out the windmill...
What's with the license part of the new submission process?
The *wallpaper-club has my full permission to submit this deviation in its gallery.

um...i'd actually suggest simply ommitting the windmill all together.
it would make the horizon look better and then i could focus on the cute little children.

and, yeah, i've submitted over a hundred things, but some i didn't like as much. i need people to tell me they're good so's i can move them to deviations.

2. when moving a scrap to a deviation or a deviation to the scraps, the icon doesn't change galleries

Wow...I really REALLY like this one. Something about the simplicity of it, but there's so much detail. I think I like the closest grass the best. My one and only problem with it is that the windmill seems to be a little uneven.

Yeah Dan noticed the unevenness of the windmill too, but I was too lazy to attempt fix it thoroughly.
