This is a mix of 4 characters all of them available on the internet, 2 versions of MK Outworld Scorpion, Scorpion MK4 by Friedenbergerhs (Available in mugenarchive ) , and Sannamys version of Noob Saibot. I've circled all the parts you should combine in order to achive this look, of course some recoloring and drawing on the red parts will still be needed. But this is probably the easiest way to get scorpion in hes MK 11 Costume.
