though i have to hand to Queen Chrysalis and Discord as they had taken over like a boss though the queen was a bit more methodical then her fellow antagonists and had a fucking army to back her up so in the terms of actual villiany my hats off the Queen,but at least discord is amusing and NMM become Luna one of my favorite alicorns.

Although flipped is a lot more sense when Nightmare Moon is first then Chrysalis is 2nd. But that's alright.

discord is the only villain i dont like as much now, NMM and QC are epic!

Nightmare Moon is definitely the more powerful of the two, but Chrysalis is a good deal more ruthless. Comparing NM's rather pathetic attempts in ep 1-2 versus Chrys's well-planned coup d'etat, and that both defeated Celestia but Chrys only could because she was feeding off of Shining Armor.

That's true. But you forgot that Chrysalis has quite of an army, while NMM had nothing.
So yeah, while NMM is more powerful, QC is a great strategist. That's why I find her so awesome.

dunno if NMM don't have army ;d she could always split into personal army like she done with shadowbolts, unless she can only do max 3 ponies.... or just screw army and start creating thunderstorms, etc and shoot lightnings in every living thing >
Sad that NMM was the first antagonist in series so she didn't had enougth screen time to shine like Discord or Chrysalis because pilot episodes were more focused on presenting main heroines and their hidden "talents" (friendship) than NMM plan/powers
anyway I love both Chrys and NMM and don't care who is more powerful ^^
can't wait for more art with those 2 ladies together
