Re: The Purity Seals, it's generally such platitudes as 'the emperor protects', and rites of some sort to bless whatever the seals are placed on, if they're specialised. In the case of the Adeptus/Ordo Mechanicus I'd suggest it would be things re: the Omnissiah and the Machine Spirit.
