This is beautifully made, but looking at it makes my back hurt!

I like it, but something's looking odd though, I got the feeling that her shoulder in the background should be more or less aligned with the front shoulder (hidden by her front arm), the angle looks awkward because of her neck position and boob line.
What I'm trying to explain is that overall the picture looks like she's seen from the side, but the shadowed part of her body look from a 3/4 front view and it looks incompatible to me
