More or less Zbrush. It's an industry standard in the gaming world. If you know what you are doing you can make a bust like this is 3-6 hours. It's fun, and after you watch a few vid's online anyone can use it.

I am aware of the existence of zBrush and other software. Just wanted to know which was it in particular. Unfortunately zBrush costs a buttload of dosh for a simple liscence. So I have to stick to sculptris/blender. Which aren't very capable when it comes to sculpting.
