This didn't turn out quite like I intended. I can never seem to get the right purple from acrylic - this is quinacridone magenta mixed with ultramarine blue, and it's pretty close but doesn't quite reach the saturation I want.Still, I think it is nice enought not to paint over.

Thank you. It actually is nicer in real-life. It has a "sugar-coat" look to it like the Gold Orpheus painting, where the surface has a tiny crystalline quality to it.

Sounds lovely-- It's always sad when you loose your favorite part of a piece in translation from traditional to digital or vice versa.... Still looks fabulous to me
