2015 edit: This tutorial is really dated by now and the way I explain the steps here is pretty horrible! Keep that in mind or look for another tutorial xDAllright, so here you got the eye tutorial I promised ^^
Like mentioned it's an eye colouring tutorial and not an eye LINEART tutorial (:
These are just the basic steps I use when I colour eyes, you can experiment with them and even add more effects if you're creative (:

That is correct ( : Except for the sketch which I drew beforehand on paper and then scanned it in - followed by doing the lineart in Photoshop.

It took me forever to finally find a tutorial for eyes! But I have to say this one is epic o.o

I don't really think of myself as the one to barge in on tutorials, but...
Wouldn't it have been better to paint the pupil (You might have made a mistake. The area around it is the iris, the part you actually see with is the pupil.) black, as to look more natural?

Anyway, I'm sure it'd look more natural that way but manga/anime isnt all that natural xD There's so many ways to build up an anime eye.. There's even those eyes that doesnt even include the iris so.. ^^
