Hehe...he looks more pissed in the sketch than in color XD
This is pretty much the same way I do it except, before I do the outline, I change the original sketch color to either blue or green using the Hue/Saturation tool. Doing so will make it easier for me to differentiate my new lines from the actual sketch. And I'll just delete the sketch layer once I'm satisfied with the outline.
I have other tips...but I'll send them in a note if you're interested. This tut is cool
