PLEASE READ BFORE YOU COMMENT PLEASE!!...THANK YOU!
This is my first tutorial ever *nervous jitters*! One of my watchers "requested/suggested" it... and so... I really hope it turned out! And really, if you use it, please do let me know!
...And please don't bash me if I was being to specific or too vauge. This is my first tutorial. And it was fun to do.

You mean in what programs? I used MS Paint for the pixelated lineart and coloring, and then used Paint Shop Pro for the blurring and softening effects.

I usually use the scanners at school that the math teachers have for hand outs xD You know, can't type all of those mathy symbols x3 Well... you can, but it would be hard. x3 Since it's winter break, I'll go to my dad's office and use his fax/scanner thingie to show my arts! 8D
