Here is another eye tutorial.
I like the way this one turned out A LOT more than my previous one(that can be found here->[link] yea.. it sucks doesn't it?)
This was completely done on Ms paint.Please comment and send me a link of your picture if you used this!I really want to see how you guys used this!It's a mission accomplished

I think your tutorial is pretty nifty actually, although I would say the right tablet button is more of the top or bottom of one of the side buttons; I forgot, I have to check.

graphic tablet?I have no idea what that is XD but I DID use a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet.

yes, a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet is a graphic tablet (or digitizer tablet)
It's basically a big touchpad you can draw on with a plastic pen
