I decided to skim this cause I'm never able to follow to tutorials cause if it doesn't come our right I ragequit, and I just saw there was dodge and burn and I was like :

It can be, I normally stick with blur or "Water" since I don't have PS XD

"water" is on Painter as far as I know XD or SAI
