Awesome ~ Can you please give me a hint/tips on how you made the golden beads on the model - I love it

I created a dodecahedron shape (this one was in TopMod and imported to Blender), then created a tiny bead (sphere), then parented the bead to the dodecahedron (by selecting the bead, then shift select the dodecahedron, then Ctrl-P), then used the Verts selection under the Duplication panel found under the Object context in Blender to duplicate the bead across each vertex of the dodecahedron. Then made a copy of the dodecahedron and made sure both the dodecahedron copy and its Duplication Verts copy are coinciding with each other positionally so the beads show up appearing on the surface of the dodecahedron. This is the same as the old Blender dupliverts feature. Essentially, I made the duplivert parent and the child both visible and appear at the same location to achieve this effect. A tutorial on Blender dupliverts will teach this in detail.

thanks, the lighting is the same as one of my previous posts (which saved me a little setup time)...
