Working as a performance clown, "Carnival", Phillip Finch, tries his best to make money in the gloomy cities. He does love his job, making kids laugh whenever he gets the chance of working at hospitals or orphanages. Handing out balloons to people passing by. Just to make people smile.

While he tries to make others happy, he's not so happy himself. Having his mother die, an absent father and not having any contact with relatives or friends, he still tries to make the best out of life. Always tries to smile and do good. Only friend he has is his dachshund Dino to keep him company when he gets home to his small apartment sta.sh/01qmqtvbhuwi

Other than working as a clown, he has a telekinetic-esque power that has only been shown whenever he's very scared or nervous. The most noticeable feature being his hair under his hat to unveil whenever this happens. He discovered his power after being robbed late at night, with the attacker being flung at a wall because of sticking a knife up to Phil.
He tries hard to keep this power a secret because he really doesn't want to accidentally hurt anyone.
