It's not showing any other folder other than the featured folder.

I'm also having that problem. I don't want to just submit to the featured folder and give the admins the headache of sorting it so I'll just check back and submit my work when it's fixed^^

It wouldn't let me submit to any other folder but the Featured folder either. Maybe you have a glitch or something?

I don't really know, the group settings say nothing about it, and when I submit a deviation the other folders do appear

Well, I tried but I couldn't submit to any other category except for featured. You might want to check that out.
