Description
This is a meme where you can take a cartoon, animated movie, anime, short, or anything else animated and give it a score you think is fair. Here is how it works.At the top you have to put a picture of the cartoon and to the right of that you put the name of the cartoon, when it came out, and who it was created by.Β Then you go on to give it a grade from A+ to F in each of the categories listed including animation, writing, characters, music/intro, and enjoyment. You put a description of why you gave it that grade in the blank space to the right. Finally you weigh the overall grade and put it in the bottom right corner.

Writing: B+ Despite takieng heavy inspiration from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the concept of haveing a toon working with the police to solve crimes was someing that Roger Rabbit would have done after the movie
Characters: A Who could forget Bonkers D. Bobcat his voice was that oy by Jim Cummings also bonus points for being a seldom seen cartoon charater
Music: A+ "Let's go bonkers" that'll give the Animaninacs theme a run for it's money
Enjoyment: A It's a cop show that also counts as a animanted show with it's Who Framed Roger Rabbit roots
Total Score: A- it's a cop show that performed above avarage though it could have done a lot better if Steven Spielberg co created Bonkers and partnered up with Disney.

Writing: FΒ half-assed rip-off of Invader Zim and Tom & Jerry.
Characters: F+ annoying like Millie who yelling when she lost her cat, Coop's dad and Coop. But Mr. Kat is only good in this show.
Music: D-
Enjoyment: F- It's sadistic, unfunny, lamest, stupid and not original.
