Take a deep breath. Then breath back out. I know that the world can be very stressful at times, but I am sure that you can make it through whatever hardships that you are going through. I mean you're still here and that in and of itself is an accomplishment and I am proud of you for it.I have been very stressed out recently to the point where I was overwhelmed and burnt out. To try and navigate these feelings I started drawing to calm down and clear my mind and this is what came from that.
By the way the drawing is Fluttershy from MLP:FiM.
