I know you consider Suzy to be a Con of this episode, but I like to think of it this way: If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have had that awesome gag with Buford.

This is the episode of Phineas And Ferb I hate the most, thanks to Suzie!
At least she got what she deserved in her last appearances, you know "Let's Bounce" and "Just Our Luck". In "Let's Bounce" she was zapped by Doofenshmirtz Inator which made her admit she wanted to humillate Candace (ironically saving Candace's Butt) at the end her parents punished her. In "Just Our Luck" they made a reference to this episode, when Suzy tried to spray Candace, but she stepped on the hose and she sprayed herself, I mean, she received a Karma.
Suzy is only likeable in "Suddenly Suzy" and "Ferb TV" in her rest of appearances she's hateable!
