This special didn't really have a Halloween feel for me, only really in the beginning, but I still really liked it.

I agree with Bigbuny; what if the motel manager was Al or, a friend of Al's. Who knows? It would make an interesting theory.

Maybe that hotel manager was a close friend of Al and had the same passion of stealing and selling toys as him, but was a bit more diabolical. Or maybe the hotel manager IS Al, and took on a new career where no one would catch him and changed his physical appearance!

I remember watching "Toy Story of Terror" a couple of years ago, and I actually loved it. My mom loved the part where Combat Carl was trying to console Jessie by telling her that he always says, "Combat Carl never gives up, Combat Carl finds a way", and when Jessie started repeating it, Combat Carl tells her, "You're not Combat Carl!" My mom thought that was really funny.

Actually, one of the deleted scenes revealed that he was selling the toys because he wanted to be…. Oh! I can't help it!
