As time goes on technology gets more complex and is able to do more things. Machines are able to do so many things that many people are starting to get concerned if these buckets of bolts actually have a conscious within their metallic skin. Robots are quite fascinating creations and fiction seems to be able to make them ever more interesting and memorable. This is why there are so many badass robot characters in video games. The thing that differentiates most of these bots from others is that most of them have so much personality they could probably pass a turing test with ease. Today I will be looking at some of the absolute best robots in gaming. So here are my top ten favorite robots in video games. Honorable mentions include ROB (Nintendo), Bastion and Orisa (Overwatch), Vectorman, Smoke (Mortal Kombat), Mega Man (along with many Robot Masters, but that would be too many to list), Huitzel (Darkstalkers), Blitzcrank (League Of Legends), Barley (Brawl Stars), Robo Ky (Guilty Gear), and Genesect (Pokemon). I would also like to mention Bomb King (Paladins), but I am honestly not sure if he is a robot or not. With that being said lets see which of these literal iron men will top the list.
