Artists note: I'm experimenting with my adopts style. It's the same base, but I changed a few things. I've seen quite a few artists using this coloring style for the eyes so I thought I'd give it a shot. I also like the single lined highlights in the hair. It's still a style-in-progress.

You're honestly the first person who's ever told me that.
I've had people offer an AB, then laugh when I tell them to send the points or hide their comments. More often than not I have people saying my AB is too much for an adopt. It's always bugged me and lately has been why I've been so slow to make adopts. XP

Naw to a degree I understand. A lot of my watchers don't have a lot of points and are really nice people, which is why I never complained about the comments before. But recently I changed my shading style and have been putting a lot more effort into my adopts. However on one of my more recent MFP adopts I had someone tell me the AB was alot, then tried to cover it up by saying it deserves to be that price because it had amazing art.
While they tried to cover it up, it still bothered me that they said the AB was alot (it was 1,000
IDK if I was rude or something but they never replied and unwatched me.
Maybe I was being too sensitive and should have just taken the compliment, but when people say anything along the lines of my AB being too high, it's kind of a pet peeve for me.

Not too sensitive at all. Honestly, if someone ever said that to me (that it's too high, or bad) I'd down right block them just because I don't really want them commenting crap on any more my stuff. They really didn't have a reason to unwatch you, because you responded very kindly. I guess they are just too "sensitive".

I was a little nervous since it was highly inspired by other art styles, so I'm still going to tweak a few things in my upcoming adopts to make it more unique to me, but for now I'm actually proud of the eyes. ^^
