Commander Hurricane is a powerful fighter with good stats that particularly excels during a charge. His tactical mastery and militant leader abilities work excellent with pegasi that can begin in reserve and pegasi who are able to keep up with him. However, a force with commander Hurricane will be speedy but will lack the hard hitting power and toughness of an earth pony thanks to them costing more.This is a profile card for a game based on the mlp figures, soon to be ported to Lackeyccg as a plugin. Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental

I probably wont use him (Since my tactics do involve the occasional Earth Pony) but I could always copy "Tactical Mastery" with Trixie to bring in my Wonderbolts or Surprise if need be if he appears as a foe.
