A little backstory on this comic. This is based on a real life experience that happened to me personally at BronyCon . One of the highlights of my trip was getting to meet the series creator Lauren Faust. The downside, though, was that I had to wait seven hours just to see her. And when you're waiting in an autograph line for an extended period of time, it almost feels like an eternity getting to the front. Though weirdly, M.A. Larson's autograph only took like half an hour.

All the designs in this comic, the scenery, the security guard, the badges, and even the flooring are all based on BronyCon itself. I decided to have A.K. Yearling (a.k.a. Daring Do) be the pony everyone's waiting in line to see since there's an episode where she's attended a convention before.
