Description
This is my Darkness Folders Icon set for Mac OSX Based off of an Original Design by samirpaThe File Contains Each individual incs file and a png file. It also has a Icontainer for the mac app CandyBar which also has a nice dock added. If you would like one made for a specific app or want to make your own let me know in the comments and I will get back to you ASAP

Now this is an icon set that I would love to use on my system. The dark colors, combined with the red contrast gives it the perfect feel I'd love to see everyday.
The background is a perfect counter to the icons themselves, being rather colourless with a unique splash of misty and ominous shapes, lending it a dark quality fit for a sci-fi operating system, like Weyland Yutani's or pirates in Firefly.
The way each application icon is interpreted allows you to easily, and instantly, recognize the original icons and intentions, and isn't cluttered. The folder design and shape is perfect for the rest of the design, and the drive icons have just the right shade of red, black, and grey to give them a sharp Three dimensional appearance, making it a pleasing set to look at, without being hard on the eyes.
If I were using MacOS I would definetly be using this set. I am, however, on Windows. But if a Windows version could be made, that's be awesome.

have seen alot of icons for mac/win.to be a good icon it has to be easy on the eyes.to be a great icon ,it has to be not only easy ON the eyes but easy IN the eyes.You have a Great icon.the colors are vibrant and clear.edges are sharp and crisp ,and you know what the icon is for,at first glance.
