EDIT: I have seen a lot of people add this to MMD stage folders, I think I should clarify this is NOT a stage, it's an effect. While it can definitely function as a stage, it's actually an effect, and requires MME to work

I was wondering if it was possible to alter the texture in the grass effect to make flowers, and I found out it is possible... sort of. Anyway that's for another time. While working on the flower based edit, I thought it'd be fun to make an altered version of BeamMan's grass effect so it looked dry, like it was in the desert or dead. Basically all I did was adjust the colors in FireAlpaca, and I like how it came out! I also experimented around with GIMP while making this. I can't really figure out how to use GIMP for art, but its filters will definitely come in handy for editing already made textures. It has a sphere filter which makes images sphere shaped, which will definetely help with making sphs and spas! But I'll stick to FireAlpaca and Clip Studio Paint for making art for now.

I plan on taking a break from effect modding for a bit and focusing more on models, textures, and props, but I'll be back to making effects soon! I'm going to be finishing up my last few planned effects, then I'll start working on other projects. I've been making a lot of effects lately, and I need a break,,, though they are very fun to make!

I want to work on posting more of my creations to NicoNico so more people can find them. I also will be making some NND EXCLUSIVE art in the future, too. I hope y'all are looking forward to that~
