EDIT: Fixed some rigging Issues and updated readme.

Decided to give her out! This is probably the last PMD Model I made and distributed. English Translated but maybe have problems in skirt rigging (the skirt's fault) and have no extra bones. (I'm so ....Carefree)

Too lazy to make the MMDPV anyways.
