I think it's good enough, though the legs would be better with some stripes. I just couldn't figure out how to put stripes on his legs.

It depends on the model, really. Like for instance, the Rat models I made were very easy to rig since they're so tiny. The Giant Tyrannosaurus model I made was a little hard to rig since he was huge. So yeah, it all depends on the size of the model. If the model is huge, it might take a while to rig it. If the model is Human sized, it could be rigged quicker. If it's as small as the rats I rigged, then it's really easy to rig the model.
