Description
EDIT: Fixed him up, and he's up for download! Here: mmdcharizard.deviantart.com/arβ¦I was working on rigging that Gomora model (that brown creature), and then I noticed that he's MUCH bigger than my other Japanese Kaiju, like those two Godzilla models for instance...which, the one Godzilla model that Gomora is looking at is bigger too. This will be a problem, since I can't change his size now even If I wanted to. PMD-Size-Changer only accepts PMD models, and not PMX models. There's no such thing as a PMX-Size-Changer to my knowledge. Plus, I'm not too sure I'll change his size correctly if I edit it in PMXEditor....so, I've effed myself with this model...
Models: All models by me.
Stage: Gekido City.
Poses: Me
Effects: SSAO and Self Shadow.
Idea: Me-ish.
Well, that's all.

It's a good thing that he's tall, and it's a bad thing that he's tall. I'm trying to make Gomora resemble his original size in the Ultraman series, and Gomora is probably the same size as Godzilla, so I'm trying to make him the same size as my Godzilla models that I've got.

Just remembered! Don't use Open files BUT Import the files, pmx editor can import pmd and pmx files like x format with size options.

You can convert back to pmd in pmx editor at lost a few pmx exclusive facials (bones carry over when i sent you kiryugoji for your end of the updates, just texture, uv edits and other exclusive stuff not carry over) then convert back in pmx and redo any facial lost. i have to redo the glow effects when you're done on your updates regardless since i too not found a pmx size changer still.

Well, here's the issue with the Gomora model: I can't put him into PMD format, because the entire model will mess up if I put him into PMD format. Same thing with my 1974 Godzilla model...they're both put in PMX format so that MMD won't destroy the model once opened up. BUT, I do know a way to re-size things in PMXEditor, so I'm gonna try the way that I know.

The model deforms during run on mmd? Sounds like an what happened when i used valforwing conversion of zilla, ok in pmd, but in mmd the the mesh collapsed.... had the same problem with most daleks i tried to convert.
Hope the import works, i just remembered i used it to save the bones and facials i did in pmx editor on the kiryugoji atomics since doing the 17 times was enough.

Yeah, the same thing that happened to Valforwing's old version of Zilla happens to Gomora when I put him into PMD Format. Well, it's fine. The thing you told me about Importing a model instead of Opening one up worked, and he's normal sized now. :3 I'll upload Gomora tomorrow or maybe sometime later tonight.

that good it worked, i remember learning the trick when working on the r18 touhou models by avrlit, the ones with the bikinis and bouncy boobies seen on nico nico and youtube. Β the models for them were self assemble kits with the bones and facials included, just import the head choice and bikini choice and merge bones then was done.

If it helps any, there's a video game for the Wii called "Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Coliseum" and "Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Coliseum DX: The Gathering of The Ultra Heroes!" and it features some really good models of the Monsters and Ultras if you can find any way to import them. There's also the Ultraman Fighting Evolution series of games.

I know how to resize in PMX Editor, but they sometimes end up a little stretched.

I sorta know how to resize them in PMXEditor too, but I'm gonna try to search for a PMX-Size-Changer first before I try resizing him in PMXEditor.

I'll see if I can find any PMX Size Changers around.

I just looked, and I'm not sure if there's any PMX-Size-Changers. There's PMD-Size-Changers, but not PMX-Size-Changers, so far.

The best I can find is a tutorial on resizing for PMD models, but it should work in the PMX Editor.

Oh yeah, I know how to do that already. It's fine, I guess that's what I'm gonna have to do after I finish him up. But I'll have to do it carefully.

I love watching him fight in the Ultra galaxy series. He is only 40 meters compared to most kaiju but he is amazing in battle and as a tunneler with hisΒ Oscillatory Wave

I've seen a few fight scenes of Gomora fighting the other Ultraman monsters on YouTube, and sometimes he fights with Eleking, so those scenes are probably from the Ultra Galaxy Series. Anyways, I'll agree. Gomora is awesome when he fights~! X3

X3 If we had those models from that game, then that would be awesome! Then we'd have more Ultraman models! Oh well, we'll eventually get more Ultraman monsters somehow, either if they're the exact models from that game or if they're models that other people have made, like this Gomora model.
