school Uniform from a MOD in 3DCGfree to use and to edit but just remember to always credit!
that way others can use them too!
the bones are deleted, except the one needed for this item to work, and the main IK bone, if you encounter any problems please tell me so I can try and fix them.
In this file I have separated pieces for easier application.
ex: There is a file with only the Skirt.

For some reason the textures don't load when I import the models into PMD Editor, and although the shirt works fine, is there any way to have the skirt move when I move the model's legs? The skirt currently stays still and the legs go through it.

you have to copy the textures into the folder with the model base. C:
the only way you can get the skirt to move with the leg in posing is to turn on the pysichs in pose mode. C:
I can't garentee how well they'll work though, 3DCG has a habit of having silly physichs.
