You need DX9 to fix this error,this will allow you to use 3D things on your CPU.

from 3DCG and Polygon Love 2?!

I use Tso2PMD for 3DCG its automatically rigs things,.. though the physichs still suck and it only rigs short skirts in clothing.... :U
for PL2 I also use a converter, but those have to be rigged by hand.
