a looottttt of model editing,
I had to split both the eye's in half and the push both sides together (just the skin & eyelashes, I kept just one of the eyeballs) then I re-named the eye bone to like 'eye C' (eye center) so that it wouldn't overwrite the original eye bone that I was changing when i added it back on to the normal base. then I had to merge some the expressions together and go back and edit them to make sure they worked properly (also had to rename a couple of the ones that were labelled like, 'blink R' to 'blink c' and so on so forth).
after that it was just a matter of texture editing and fitting the eye to her forehead
