I made one of those once, using a gene splicing machine.
Otter and Racoon, with a touch of Dog, and just a liiiiiittle hint of beaver.
Unfortunately, mine kinda got wiped out when the Mantis Manatee escaped. Apparently Mantis Manatees think they're delicious.
