Oh yea. I think everyone has their own inner demons. Some are just scarier than others.

I know what ya mean; I have my inner demons too. Just don't let them get you down.  Great work; I really loved it.

Thank you. I have a great deal of inner demons. Most of the time I can keep them at bay haha. But sometimes you just have to let them out, or they'll tear you up.

My inner demons are Depression and Tourettes. I went through hell with depression.  I'm 50 yrs old and I feel like Im 21; lol. I work out on the heavy bag and that helps me a lot.

I'm sorry to hear that. I couldn't imagine having Tourettes. I deal with mild depression. It used to be worse when I was a teenager. But sometimes I get depressed for no reason at all. I guess we all have bad days. I've been considering getting a heavy bag for husband. I think he would enjoy it haha.

I heard that  Depression is unmanaged anger. I'm 50 yr's old and I feel like I'm in my 20's ; lol. When Im depressed I think of people who are more bad off than I am. I also found that if I help someone my depression goes away. My wife helps me a lot too. I act like I'm 8 yr's old at times too; lol. I hope all this will help and I try to help other people when I can. God Bless my friend.
