Description
After months of recreating parts of the model over and over again, I finally present my Yamato, Vergil's katana from the Devil May Cry series. It's not 100% true to the original from DMC 3 or 4 but I'm still quite happy with it^^. Hope you like it, too!Check out my second render, too: [link]

Very nice job. It's so amazing I feel like I can reach out and grab it. But I'm wondering, did you just put the Asian writing on the sheath for the fun of it or it's really on the real sheath?

The writing is a detail I added because I found the original saya (sheath) a little boring. It's Japanese for "power, influence" and it's supposed to reflect Vergil's attitude.

I'd love to do hand it over to you, but it's actually just a bunch of polygons painted with digital ink, so you'd have to enter the Matrix to wield it.
