The two look adorable, with him so eager and Celestia thoroughly surprised. Since what you wrote about his horns I can't get breads out of my mind, so maybe just give Celestia some butter and melted chocolate so she can make a snack of them. (Heck, he'd probably use his powers so she could do that.)
Stepping back, they almost look like a couple of school friends, with Discord being the hyperactive one while Celestia is much more reserved. For chibis they're pretty darned detailed and terrific.
