The author deletes it a few months ago I think, she says she's not going to finish it.
and Why is Discord wearing a collar is because he's imprison, inside of a cave, instead of turning into a stone, and the collar is to control and reduce his powers.
its an AU fic, where he didn't get turned to a stone, but the EoH made him loose a little bit of his powers.
