I haven't use pentool for lining in awhile.they're neat and tidy and can also be tiring and boring.
This isn't how I usually draw young Celestia's mane, But I just wanted to see how she looks like with Luna's mane, cause we have no idea what her non floating mane looks like.
in my headcanon these two have the same body height, and almost twins, but Celestia being the oldest.

I'm not a fan of the fandom concept of Celestia with Pink hair, but yours is really neat. Her hair kind of glows and it looks really cool.

Yeah, I had the same thought that they were probably the same size at some point. Just because Luna is younger, people often assume she was always smaller, though. Luna might even be the taller one if she hadn't been gone for 1000 years.
Although hmm... does that mean that as immortals they just keep slowly growing indefinitely? Maybe in 20 thousand years they'll both be like 18 feet tall.
Anyway, your Celestia is cute. Well, both of them, really.

Yeah, I'm free to interpret until they show a young Celestia.
But I guess Luna being a lot smaller made sense, cause she's the moon and Celestia is the sun.
I'd like to think they will remain like that forever(Luna still has growing to catch)

I like your headcannon I always thought the same thing. In my mind Celestia grew up to be the regal looking Alicron we all know and Love, and sadly Luna grew to be NMM. But now that she has been restore she can grow up once again this time the right way, just watch guys soon she will be just as tall as Tia x3
