Description
This idea stemmed out of the concept of the Non-Communist East Germany. As far as I know this was an attempt to preserve East Germany without reunification. So I decided to make a flag for it.If West Germany kept the Yellow, I would like to think they change to White, but not in the style of the Imperial German Flag, so this is basically that.
