was that donkey looking at me!
sneaky he knew i was taking a pic..Location: My home town, El Sharkia
ok here's the story..my town is called Abo Hammad (now don't u dare laugh) and it's 15 km from a city called Zagazig (laugh if u want i have no relative there) and Sharkia is one of the governates in the Nile Delta!

Do donkeys get a fair deal now in Egypt when i lived there as a kid all i can remember is always feeling sorry for the donks.

I can't tell if all the donkeys in Egypt get a fair deal, but I know these do! in Egypt, just like in every single country, some might mistreat animals & some will treat them right..even tenderly like this simple Egyptian man.

Of course i remember a particular ice cream shop and i always enjoyed the crazy journey to school in the morning, i imagine its changed alot since my childhood ill have to go back soon my dads still in Cairo.

Cairo is a beautiful city, just too crowded, traffic is horrible, but I still love it.
As a tourist, you'll find dozens of places to visit and you'll have so much fun..i hope!
