I wonder how many of those books Temeraire has memorized? XD Poor Laurence looks like he's about to fall asleep.

One of my favorite scenes to see is these two together. Well done.

I was always irked by the fact I didn't paint Temeraire black, but it just didnt work for the color scheme. XD I'm glad that you like it, despite the color inaccuracy. These two were just adorable in the books.

Eh, it's okay. I'm not going to chide an artist for putting effort into a drawing. After all look at most game and anime companies. They do the same thing. Deltora Quest, for example, is where the anime deviates a bit from the color scheme of the book (protagonist is not supposed to be blonde). XD

But yes, the human/dragon bonding time. My favorite parts. :3

Aw, the dragon looks like he (she? it?) is enjoying the book. Man, you have such control over your watercolours. I am mad impressed. look at the edges of the bookcovers and pages and the wood grain.

My favourite part though is that bit of blank space on the left (a sail...?). it's so delicately shaded and with such a careful mix of colour, nothing ever overwhelms your mix, just adds to it.

Everyone loves the sail cloth! @.@ I have received more complements regarding that sail than on anything else in the whole of the illustration! Apparently, I can PAINT A SAIL LIKE ITS NOBODY'S BUISNESS! Is it your buisness? NO. Its mine! Sail painting! Thanks.
