It's a plugin for Rainmeter that let you set colors for meters or variables within your Rainmeter skin. Just search it over Google, you will find tons of sample skins and tutorials

I just googled it, looks like it wud be neat to add RainRGB.
Ive used pre edited images for the background, I'll just change them to solid color images, I'll try it.
