As I said here is Castform! It's the Pokemon of the Month for I hope you like my rendition of it! First time I tried rendering rain AND lightning. Cheers ^^ and hope you like it!BTW, if you don't know this is Castform's water form. It never rains on his day because he can always change his shape to match the weather and so he's always happy, rain or shine. And I'm just going to say it was really hard to resist drawing Milotic alongside him.

^^ hehe it was fun to draw him. plus I got to practice rain. The pictures around that time I call my "water" phase because a lot of my pictures had water in them at the time.

Thanks. Indeed Castform is neglected but I'm glad to have done it some justice. I think all its forms are cute except the normal version. Just something about it doesn't look right (it looks like it has a "package" O.o) Anyways, I'm glad you liked it!
