WOW!!! This is amazing! I wish I could have thought of this for a contest I entered recently through my school. The contest was for a picture of physics in action either contrived or natural. This would be an excellent photograph for the contest because it demonstrates both the refraction of light and chain reactions, among other things. My drafts for the contest are posted in my gallery with the base title, "AAPT Photo Contest" and then the draft number.

I like the simplicity in it, and that azure colour is great -is it natural, or did you enhance it in any way?

I don't think I did anything with the colour, but converting it to sRGB made it a bit brighter/more cyan (compared to the print file for example).
