This looks like it could be an album cover or print ad for something like Accessorize, Claire's or American Eagle. It's just so expressive with a light hearted tone (vibe wise), excellent warmth and balance of tones (colour wise) and a great composition. I could really see this drawing people in, making them want to know what's lighting up those eyes, and then subsequently seeking to light up their own as well. I love it- Well done!

Nice job. This is a great representation for a refrence from a Doors song, and a song bya band named Acid Bath. I'm not sure if either of these influienced this, but it's great. It will be added to my wishlist. Good job, again.

Umm no, I haven't seen that picture, I've never even heard of Melissa P.
I don't think there are that many 'original' ideas that someone somewhere wouldn't have done before in one way or another. I didn't really have much of an idea to start with when I did this, was just fooling around with a hairclip.
