Here is the meme I mentioned about from my previous upload. Now, I don't know if I loved the old one or not, but I think I did this again due to my novice years using the Corela. Painter Program. Now that I have an app called Procreate, I wanted to make this better.
This is my 2nd time doing this meme and I am working on a third one. So stay tuned for that XD

Honestly, whatever works your boat as far as art goes is up to you. For me, my ipad does seem to give me better skills. But a lot of artists use different programs (some of them are pretty old) and they still managed to do awesome at it. Having an ipad using the art app are very useful tools cause you can take it wherever you go. But, you know, for now, stick with whatever tool you have and save some mosey if ya really want one (though, to tell you the truth, my ipad was a graduation present LOL).
