4mm? How does it compare with a real-world round like the 9x9mm Parabellum? 4mm sounds more than a bit anemic to me for a mil-spec carry round.
Personally, I'm biased towards a larger slower round such as the .45 ACP or .45 GAP.

I'd wager the cartridge looks less like a conventional, round-nosed handgun bullet and more like the miniaturized rifle rounds used in modern PDWs.

Dunno, but its only 0.6mm smaller than the round used in an MP7, the ammunition of which can have comparable energy to a 9mm while being smaller and lighter.
