Here's a basic concept for Julias in his civilian attire. I thought he'd have a wardrobe of different clothes to wear depending on the weather, season, or casual fashion. So far... I'm not proud, especially with Julias's pose and proportions.I don't know why but when I try doing a model of him from the front I just can't get his anatomy the way I want him to look.
Also, he's just wearing socks... cause I kind'a suck at drawing shoes.

Not easy to do civilian clothes. The only things I can recommend is either looking at fashion photos of what you're looking for. Or if you're lucky enough to have a dummy/mannequin, dress that up and use that as a visual aid for someone wearing said clothes.
